Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

By purchasing a digital itinerary planning service ("Experience") from The Itinerary Architect, operated by Leonidas Partners LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Planning Fee

All fees associated with our itinerary planning services (Toast at $99, Savor at $199, and Indulge at $349) are professional planning fees for custom research and itinerary design. Priority processing (8-hour delivery) is available as an optional add-on at an additional fee of $49.

Due to the custom nature of itinerary planning services, all fees are non-refundable once payment is processed. Planning begins immediately and automatically upon purchase.

2. Scope of Service

The Itinerary Architect provides curated travel recommendations, editorial pacing guidance, and booking links based on the information provided by the traveler through our intake form.

Each Experience tier (Toast, Savor, or Indulge) reflects varying levels of itinerary depth and curation. Full tier details are available on our Experiences page.

The Itinerary Architect does not directly provide transportation, lodging, dining, tours, or any other travel services. All reservations, payments, and travel arrangements are made directly between the traveler and independent third-party suppliers.

3. AI-Assisted Itinerary Generation

Itineraries are produced using an AI-assisted curation system. Your intake responses are processed by an automated pipeline — including AI language model technology — to generate your custom itinerary based on your stated preferences, travel style, and emotional goals.

This system is built on proprietary frameworks developed by The Itinerary Architect to apply editorial judgment, destination intelligence, and curation standards to every recommendation. The AI does not operate without these frameworks — it executes within them.

Your itinerary is generated by a system — but designed by a methodology. Every recommendation reflects human-built curation criteria, not an algorithm browsing popularity metrics.

By submitting your intake form, you consent to your responses being processed by this system for the purpose of itinerary creation.

4. Professional Judgment

The Itinerary Architect provides curated recommendations based on professional editorial judgment, destination research, and the travel preferences provided by the traveler through the intake form.

Travel experiences are inherently subjective. While every effort is made to curate recommendations precisely aligned with your stated interests, personal satisfaction with any experience, venue, or destination cannot be guaranteed.

5. Delivery Timeline

Standard itineraries are delivered within 24 hours of purchase. Priority processing itineraries are delivered within 8 hours of purchase.

Delivery timelines begin at the time of completed payment, provided all required intake information has been submitted. If required details are incomplete or clarification is needed, the delivery timeline begins once all necessary information has been received.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays do not constitute a breach of these Terms and do not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

6. Accuracy & Information Disclaimer

All recommendations are provided for informational and inspirational purposes based on information available at the time of itinerary creation. Availability, hours, pricing, menus, reservation policies, seasonal closures, and other operational details may change between delivery and travel.

The traveler is solely responsible for independently verifying all details — including but not limited to business hours, reservation availability, pricing, dress codes, dietary accommodations, accessibility, visa and entry requirements, and health or safety advisories — before making any bookings.

The Itinerary Architect does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any recommendation and shall not be liable for any loss, cost, or inconvenience resulting from reliance on itinerary content without independent verification.

7. No Warranty

All itinerary content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Itinerary Architect expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

No oral or written information or advice provided by The Itinerary Architect shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Personal Use License

Each custom itinerary is provided for the personal use of the purchasing traveler(s) only. It may not be resold, reproduced, distributed, published, shared publicly, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from The Itinerary Architect.

9. Intellectual Property

All itinerary content, design, curation methodology, editorial commentary, and related materials are the intellectual property of Leonidas Partners LLC, doing business as The Itinerary Architect.

The personal use license granted in Section 8 does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

10. Affiliate Disclosure

Some recommendations may include affiliate links to partners such as Booking.com and Viator. These partnerships help sustain the service and keep pricing accessible, at no additional cost to you.

Our editorial process works in one direction: we identify the best recommendation first, then check whether an affiliate relationship exists. The recommendation determines the link — never the other way around.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial selections. If the best option carries no affiliate link, we include it anyway.

11. Third-Party Suppliers

All travel services — including flights, hotels, restaurants, tours, transfers, and activities — are provided by independent third-party suppliers. Availability, pricing, cancellation policies, and service quality are controlled solely by those suppliers.

The Itinerary Architect is not responsible for changes, cancellations, delays, pricing adjustments, service quality, or any other issues caused by third-party providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Itinerary Architect and Leonidas Partners LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of any itinerary — including but not limited to lost deposits, rebooking costs, travel disruptions, missed experiences, or emotional distress.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of The Itinerary Architect for any claim arising from or related to the services exceed the planning fee actually paid by the purchaser for the specific itinerary giving rise to the claim.

13. Force Majeure

The Itinerary Architect shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to pandemics or public health emergencies, natural disasters or severe weather, government actions or travel restrictions, border closures, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, military conflict, strikes or labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or failures of third-party technology, transportation, or communication systems.

14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the services provided shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court as an alternative to arbitration.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. Age & Capacity

By completing your purchase, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority and capacity to enter into these Terms & Conditions.

16. Modification of Terms

The Itinerary Architect reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
